Rules of accomodation

  1. Hotel «Vremena Goda» is intended for temporary residence of citizens agreed with administration of the Hotel. After the agreed period the resident is to free the room on demand of the administration. If the resident wants to prolong his stay in the hotel the administration should be informed no later than 2 ours before checkout time – 12 p.m. local time. Prolongation in the same room is possible only in case if there is no confirmed booking by the third party.
  2. Checkout time – 12 p.m. local time. Checkin time - 2 p.m. local time.
  3. Hotel «Vremena Goda» works 24 hours daily.
  4. Checking in at the hotel is arranged upon presentation of passport, military card or any other identification document. If a guest agrees with the Hotel Vremena Goda rules and checks in — Hotel accommodation contract is considered to be concluded.
  5. Hotel's Administration has the right to conclude contracts for booking a room. If the rooms are available the administration accepts bookings from legal entities and physical persons by email, phone, fax or any other means proving the Consumer’s identity.
  6. Any guest has the right to choose a room category, and the Hotel administration chooses the specific room number of that category. In case of a No Show the Hotel charges the first night rate. If a guest delays for more than one day, the reservation will be cancelled. Rooms reservations are available from 2 p.m. till 18 p.m.
  7. Payment for accommodation and additional services is made by open (contractual) prices, according to the hotel price list approved and signed by Management.
  8. Payment for accomodation is made starting from 2 p.m. local time of the current day. In case of free checkin of a guest at night time from 00.00 till 2.00 P.M. the guest will be accommodated in reserved room providing the reserved rooms are not taken by the third party. If a guest stays more than one day, the calculation is as follows:
    – early check-in from 00:00 A.M. till 6:00 A.M. extra charge full cost of a booking room;
    – early check-in from 6:01 A.M. till 9:00 A.M. extra a half of the cost of a booking room;
    – early check-in from 9:01 A.M. till 14:00 P.M. — free of charge in case the rooms are available;
    – late check-out from 12:00 P.M. till 6:00 P.M. – extra charge at the rate of hourly cost of room;
    – late check-out from 18:01 P.M. till 22:00 P.M. – extra charge a half of the cost of a booking room;
    – late check-out from 22:00 P.M. – extra charge full cost of a booking room.
  9. All children are welcome. One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. Children older than 7 are allowed with one of the parents, the price is charged in accordance with the Hotel “Vremena Goda” price list.
  10. Room reservation is made free of charge.
  11. In case of guest's stay refusal or reducing of stay duration administration is able to retain from the payment a sum equal to one night stay. This amount is the payment for the room reservation and keeping for a guest for the whole period. Guest can cancel reservation free of charge no later than 3 days before checkin day. If reservation is canceled during 3 days before checkin day the Hotel charges the first night rate.
  12. Non-refundable:
    - Cancellation: you will be charged the total price if you cancel your booking
    - Prepayment: you will be charged a prepayment of the total price after reservation.
  13. By request of a guest and with the consent of the administration, the presence of unauthorized persons in the room is allowed from 08:00 A.M. till 23:00 P.M.; to do this, the visitor must provide the administrator with his/her identity card and get a guest card.
  14. . In the case of a visitor’s delay after 23:00 P.M. or if a registered guest comes in the Hotel with an unauthorized person at night (from 23:00 P.M. till 08:00 A.M.) this person will be registered as sharing a room with the guest and charged according to the Hotel “Vremena Goda” price list.
  15. The following people have the right to a privileged accommodation in the hotel (in case the rooms are available): Heroes of the Soviet Union, Heroes of the Russian Federation, the Holders of the Order of Glory, prosecutors, police officers, the judiciary and tax authorities, employees of federal government communications and information on their duties; the disabled(the 1st Disability Group)and the person accompanying them (no more than one person), and other categories of citizens in accordance with the current Russian Federation legislation;
    World War II veterans, the disabled (2nd and 3rd Disability Groups) and persons accompanying them are accommodated in the hotel first of all (in case the rooms are available).
  16. Bed linen is changed every four days.
    Change of towels and rooms cleaning are carried out every day. Toiletries (soap, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper)are changed by consumption.
    The following free services are available to the guests:
    – emergency call;
    – first aid kit;
    – dental and shaving kit, a set of dishes;
    – taxi;
    – delivery of the correspondence to the room;
    – wake-up call;
    – use of iron and ironing board;
    – wireless Wi-Fi internet;
    – use of electrical appliances installed in the room.
  17. The Hotel «Vremena Goda» offers to the guests additional services on request, in accordance with the Hotel price list for additional services.
  18. . The Hotel «Vremena Goda» is not responsible for the operation of urban services (emergency electrical shutdowns, water shutoff etc).
  19. The guest must:
    - when leaving the room to close the taps and windows;
    - follow the Hotel Accomodation Rules;
    - keep cleanliness and public order in the room and in the Hotel;
    - strictly follow the Fire Safety rules;
    - compensate for any loss or damage of the Hotel property. Damage assessment will be based on the Hotel price list for property damage of LLC Royal to be compensated in case of total or partial damage, loss or theft»;
    - be responsible for their visitors' actions;
    - exclude the possibility of infection in the room;
    - in time and thoroughly pay all the additional hotel services used.
  20. Strictly prohibited:
    - leave unauthorized persons in the room, and give them a room key;
    - keep bulky items, flammable materials, weapons, chemical and radioactive substances or mercury;
    - keep the animals in the room;
    - smoking in the rooms, as well as in the halls and corridors of the hotel;
    - be in an alcoholic or narcotic intoxication;
    - use the heater if it is not provided in the hotel room;
    - disturb the guests in the adjacent rooms.
  21. All the rooms in the Hotel are declared strictly non-smoking, the guest agrees for smoking in the room to pay a fine of 5000 Russian rubles to make the room clean and air fresh.
  22. The Hotel's Administration is not responsible for loss of guests' valuables left in the room, if the Hotel Accommodation Rules are not followed. In case of forgotten things, the administration takes measures to return them to their owners. If the owner is not found, the administration declares the lost property to the police or local authority.
  23. The Hotel's Administration reserves the right to enter the room without agreement with the guest in case of smoke, fire, flooding, and also in case of violation of the Hotel Accommodation Rules, public order, the order of household appliances' use.
  24. The Hotel has the right to terminate the contract unilaterally or refuse to prolong the guest's stay in case of violation of the Hotel Accommodation Rules, delayed payment, any loss or damage of the Hotel property.
  25. If a guest is absent at the place of his/her stay for more than a day (or within 6 hours after his/her check-out time), the hotel has the right to create a Commission and make an inventory of the room property. The Administration takes responsibility of any founded property including tangible assets (cash, precious metals, valuable documents).
  26. The Book of Complaints and Feedback is at the Reception and is available upon request.
  27. In case of the guests' complaints the Administration takes all possible measures for the settlement of the conflict according with the legislation.
  28. In cases not covered by these rules the Administration and the Customer follow the existing legislation of the Russian Federation.

* Accommodation Rules in Hotel «Vremena Goda» are developed on the basis of the Law of the Russian Federation «Consumer Protection Act» and «Rules of providing hotel services in the Russian Federation», approved by the Russian Federation Government Decree from October 9, 2015 № 1085.
